I have a long-abiding love for American food, probably because I’m an immigrant. I’m also a writer. In this newsletter I’ll dive as deep as I want to into the food I’m exploring (one per issue!), and I’ll share the work of a new emerging writer every monthly issue. (Earlier this year I started exploring some ways to become the Dave Grohl of writers.) Some issues I’ll tell you if there are any new appearances I’m making, either virtual or IRL.
